A FoldFrame is an easy and fun way of displaying your photos.

We print your photo onto a personalised metal picture frame, which has a fold in the base to stand the photo up. It's a photo and a frame all in one.

FAQs

When will my FoldFrame arrive?

If you place your order before 15:00 Monday - Friday then we will dispatch you order the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be sent on Monday.

We will send your FoldFrame using a first class service, which should arrive the next day, though it can take two days. Delivery times are estimates.

How big does my photo need to be?

The ideal size for your personalised photo is 945px x 945px or more. Any camera phone will take a photo suitable.

The minimum acceptable size is 500px x 500px, unfortunately we cannot accept photos smaller than this as they would look visibly pixelated when printed on you picture frame.

How will my FoldFrame be packaged?

Your FoldFrame will be be sent flat, attached to an A6 backing card, and sealed inside a clear bag (which is made from compostable PLA). It will then be sent inside an envelope.

How do I clean my picture frame?

Your FoldFrame can be cleaned with a damp cloth and a little washing up liquid is needed. Your FoldFrame is completely waterproof.

Take care not to flex the fold, folding it back and forth repeatedly will cause it to break.

Does my picture frame arrive with the fold in it?

Your FoldFrame will arrive with a scored fold line in it, but you will need to fold it yourself. This is really easy to do by hand and takes just a few seconds. Although it is aluminium, it takes very little effort to make the fold.

Important - Take care to complete the fold in a single action, do not repeatedly adjust the fold back and forth or it will break.

How easy is it to fold the picture frame?

It is very straightforward to do, and requires less physical strength than opening the envelope! The pre-scored fold line ensures that the fold will always be perfectly positioned.

 Instructions are included, along with a guide to help get the perfect angle first time.

 Important - Take care to complete the fold in a single action, do not repeatedly adjust the fold back and forth or it will break.

How good is the print quality?

We take our printing seriously, we use market leading equipment from the top manufactures, certified to the highest printing standards.

Our printers colour profiles are perfectly calibrated to reproduce your photo with accurate colours and saturation.

The aluminium has a beautiful glossy finish.

What is the optional gift card printed on?

The gift card is printed on 350gsm card with a soft touch laminated finish. The contrasting personalised text is applied on top of the laminate with a metallic gold foil. This gives it a really premium finish.
